We want you to be 100 % happy with our flowers and service!
If you're NOT, please get in touch!
The flowers you receive should last at least another 5 days, provided you follow our simple flower care instructions. If this is not the case, please email us a photo of the flowers and we will refund your money. Please note that any complaints must be made within 9 days of receipt of your flowers or plants. We will respond to your complaint within 14 days.
Flowers, due to their perishable nature and personalised goods can not be returned.
When you place your order you can specify the date you'd like them delivered at. We'll do our utmost to meet your requirements. Because 90% of our flowers to the UK arrive within 3-4 days from being shipped, we will send off your flowers 4 working days prior to your requested date. This may mean that they arrive a day early. Please be aware that postal delivery is limited around public holidays and weekends. Monday deliveries have also been scapped by several postal companies.
The last stage of your flower delivery is done by your local postal service. Whilst the standard procedure is to leave a package on the door step or a neighbour if you are not in, we have no control over the postal service at this stage. However, we WILL refund you your money if your flowers are damaged on arrival or do not stay fresh for another 5 days.
